We are currently seeking to hire an Employee Relations Business Partner to support our Specialty Materials business unit in Richburg, SC. In this role you will act as the process leader onsite to provide services related to the employee relations function. A successful Employee Relations Business Partner will work with employees at all levels to provide constant feedback and interactions onsite. This will include leading plant communication meetings, leading employee investigations (including disciplinary action), and ensuring that ATI policies are administered on an equitable and consistent basis. This role will act as the leader HR Representative for a remote facility with the business unit, so a self-motivated and driven approach to the position is very important. A well organized individual with a continuous improvement mindset will be a great asset in this role. Additional Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership team and divisional leaders to achieve strategic organizational objectives. Participate, support and lead communication meetings with employees. Assist in the creation, development and implementation of HR programs. Research complex employee issues, and if necessary, coordinate efforts with Corporate HR and/or legal. Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement and accountability. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws through appropriate program and process management, as well as, ad hoc situation analysis and subsequent plans of actions. Work with leadership to address disciplinary matters. Assist with interpreting policies, regulations and programs in a manner conducive to company goals and values. Assess training needs for leaders and employees and monitor training programs. Implement strategies that increase employee engagement and retention Work in partnership with site management and functional leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results Deliver timely, high quality and impactful employee communications Utilize critical thinking skills when assessing issues; focusing on creative and fiscally responsible solutions to manage employment cost Manage various projects supporting improvement of core HR processes Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. 5 years of professional human resources experience Preferred Qualifications Human resources experience in a manufacturing setting CHRP certification
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
